Music Works required a comprehensive suite of manuals written as a complete User Guide and a compact Quick Start Guide.

Each manual needed to be written such that it was suitable for physical printing, exporting to hyperlinked PDF format, or converting to compiled html help, for inclusion in the installable software.

The full manual is about 160 pages.

The smaller 34 page quick start version was developed partly to provide impatient users with a quick introduction to the programme, complete with simple tutorials, and partly to offer a low-budget alternative to the expensive printed version of the full manual.
